University to Community: Lessons Learned from Japan

Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University Council has resolved to offer the degree of Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Library and Information Science to Professor Mitsuhiro Oda, Professor of the Department of Library and Information Studies and Dean of the College of Community Studies, Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan.

Professor Oda has many outstanding teaching and academic achievements for local creativity and development and has been widely accepted both nationally and internationally.

The university therefore organized a special lecture activity on University to Community: Lessons Learned from Japan by Professor Mitsuhiro Oda on December 23, 2021 at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University.
This activity aimed to exchange knowledge on the successful academic service operations of universities in Japan and apply it to the effective academic service operations of educational institutions in Thailand. The participants in this activity were educational personnel of schools in the service area of Kamphaeng Phet Province.
