Responsible Consumption and Production

The university has a process for managing toxic waste in the case of used chemicals from science laboratories, which is under the responsibility of the Science and Applied Science Center, Faculty of Science and Technology.

The center is the central unit for collecting used chemicals from the program's science laboratories from various buildings within the university and from schools in cooperation. The center staff will collect and sort them in a safe manner before sending them to a private company. Companies taking used chemicals for disposal must have a license to operate a factory and have a chemical disposal process that meets standards certified by the Ministry of Industry.
