Good Health and Well-being

On October 30, 2024, the Public Health Program at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University (KPRU) organized a highly engaging seminar titled “How to Reduce Toxins in the Body and Quit Smoking – It’s Easier Than You Think”. The event welcomed first- to fourth-year public health students, as well as other interested participants, aiming to raise awareness of personal health management and foster practical skills for lifestyle improvement.

Expert speakers, including Sukanya Saengkla, a professional nurse from Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Public Health Office, Paveena Uakarn, a Thai traditional medicine physician from Kamphaeng Phet Hospital, and Mr. Nares Khamcharoen, faculty member of the Public Health Program, guided students through evidence-based strategies to detoxify the body and quit smoking effectively. Participants actively engaged in interactive discussions and hands-on demonstrations, gaining the confidence, knowledge, and motivation to apply healthier behaviors in their daily lives. By connecting scientific insight with practical application, the seminar left a lasting impact, equipping students to make informed, sustainable choices for their health and well-being.
