Kamphaeng Phet Province Holds Strategic Workshop to Review 20-Year Development Goals

KPRU Supports Provincial Strategic Planning for Sustainable Development
Kamphaeng Phet Province organized a two-day strategic workshop from May 29–30, 2024, to review and align key provincial development frameworks, including the Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Development Goals for 20 Years (2023–2042), the Revised Provincial Development Plan (2023–2027) for Fiscal Year 2026, and the Provincial Operational Plan for the same period.

On May 29, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Preeyanuch Prompasit, President of Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University (KPRU), was invited by the province to deliver a keynote lecture on “Techniques, Methods, and Tools for Reviewing the 20-Year Provincial Development Goals (2023–2042).” The event was held at the Yaowamal Room, 7th Floor, Chakungrao Riverview Hotel, Kamphaeng Phet Province.

A team of KPRU lecturers also contributed as facilitators for the group workshop sessions, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Chalee Trakul, Asst. Prof. Dr. Khamphicha Tantisantisom, Dr. Wichura Winaitham, Asst. Prof. Ritthirong Kaotira, Asst. Prof. Warang Rambut, and Dr. Prapol Chitkati.

The workshop activities centered on analyzing the province’s current development context, reaffirming long-term development goals, refining strategic indicators and target values, and identifying key projects under each strategic pillar. This collaborative process strengthened the province’s development framework to ensure that future initiatives effectively address local needs, foster inclusive growth, and contribute to sustainable progress for the people of Kamphaeng Phet.
