KPRU Strengthens Multi-Sector Partnerships to Advance Sustainable Development
Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University (KPRU) plays a pivotal role in promoting sustainable development—an approach that seeks to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own. Achieving this vision requires strong collaboration among government bodies, private enterprises, academic institutions, and local communities.

In 2024, KPRU signed a series of MOUs with a wide range of partners, including educational institutions, government agencies, private companies, local organizations, and international academic networks. These agreements encompass diverse areas such as education, cultural promotion, research collaboration, academic services, and joint environmental initiatives, reflecting the university’s holistic approach to sustainability and regional development.

Key collaboration partners in 2024 include:

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, together with all 38 Rajabhat Universities across Thailand;
Twenty-three agencies under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) through the “MHESI for EV” initiative, advancing innovation in electric-vehicle technology;
Eight enterprise partners through a CWIE (Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education) agreement with the Faculty of Industrial Technology;
Internal environmental management cooperation involving faculties, offices, institutes, and divisions within KPRU;
The Network for Enhancing Teacher Competencies and Student Skills, led by the Faculty of Industrial Technology;
Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited, fostering academic cooperation and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities; and
The International Skill Development Institute, in partnership with KPRU Mae Sot, supporting international education and skills development.
Through these strategic partnerships, KPRU continues to translate sustainability principles into action, reinforcing its mission to serve as a driver of community empowerment, educational innovation, and environmental stewardship at both the national and international levels.
