Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University (KPRU) applies its expertise in public administration to support development planning by local government agencies. On 29 May 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Phitsanu Boonniyom and Assistant Professor Dr. Ratsadakorn Winijkul, lecturers in the Public Administration Programme, served as speakers and provided academic recommendations on local government development strategies at a workshop on integrating development strategies for local administrative organisations in Tak Province.

The workshop brought together 250 participants, including executives, heads of government departments and relevant officials. The university experts contributed both academic knowledge and recommendations to help local authorities use their reviewed development strategies as a framework for preparing local development plans for 2023–2027, ensuring alignment with development plans at subdistrict, district, provincial and national levels.

This engagement demonstrates how KPRU connects academic expertise with government planning processes. Its experts also provided recommendations to inform the preparation of local development strategies and plans.
