KPRU Upholds Integrity and Transparency through Corruption and Bribery Prevention
Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University is committed to honest, transparent and accountable administration. The university translates these principles into practice through policy declarations, organisational culture-building, and the management of corruption and bribery risks. It also publishes relevant information on its website so that staff, stakeholders and the public can understand and scrutinise its approach. To communicate this commitment throughout the organisation, KPRU implements its No Gift Policy, which promotes refraining from giving or receiving gifts, presents and other benefits. On 20 January 2025, the President, together with university executives, faculty and staff, jointly declared the policy at Rattanapha Auditorium. The activity formed part of efforts to build an organisational culture in which personnel recognise the importance of performing their duties without benefits that could lead to corruption or misconduct. Alongside these awareness-building efforts, the university developed its Governance, Ethics Promotion and Corruption Prevention Plan for fiscal year 2025. The plan provides a framework connecting integrity principles with university administration, with an emphasis on information disclosure and participation in oversight. KPRU also publishes the 2025 assessment of corruption risks related to bribery to support the development of preventive measures across its operations. By connecting its public commitment with staff communication, planning and risk assessment, KPRU demonstrates how anti-corruption and anti-bribery principles inform university administration. Public access to the supporting documents enables stakeholders to follow and scrutinise these efforts, providing a foundation for trust in the university.
