KPRU Promotes Student Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Services
Our Student Development Division partnered with Kamphaeng Phet Hospital to organise “KPRU SAY NO AIDS 2025” at Ratchaphruek Meeting Room, on the third floor of the Dipangkorn Rasmijoti Building. The programme supported students’ sexual health and raised awareness of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The activity provided sexual health counselling, information on contraception and condom use, and blood screening for STI-related risks. Confidential referral arrangements helped students access further care at healthcare facilities. Students also received educational materials on sexual health and ways to protect themselves.
Approximately 1,200 first-year students joined the workshops and educational exhibitions. The activities combined practical health information with access to counselling and screening services. Knowledge assessment results were reported collectively to protect participants’ personal health information. The event also included an organ donation registration booth and additional health screening stations. Working with Kamphaeng Phet Hospital enabled us to bring healthcare expertise and services onto campus, making sexual and reproductive health support more accessible to our students.
