The Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Museum, operated by the Office of Arts and Culture at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, serves as a center for showcasing the history, archaeology, arts, and local culture of the province. It is open daily to government agencies, educational institutions, and the general public free of charge, including guided tours and educational support. The museum also provides space for events related to national arts, traditions, and cultural activities.
In alignment with the university’s mission to preserve and promote cultural heritage, the Ruan Thai Museum—one of its cultural facilities—is freely accessible to visitors. The museum consists of four traditional Thai-style houses, each presenting a different thematic exhibition:
- Kamphaeng Phet City – Featuring displays, models, and multimedia presenting the province’s districts, natural environment, and archaeological background.
- Ethnology of Kamphaeng Phet – Highlighting the province’s ethnic diversity through interactive content, focusing on groups such as the Hmong, Yao, Karen, and Lisu, along with local traditions and ways of life.
- Outstanding Heritage of Kamphaeng Phet – Showcasing the province’s unique identity, including its mineral resources, through various exhibit formats.
- Lecture and Cultural Exhibition Room – Used for talks and community activities, this space includes multimedia presentations about the province, as well as displays of local crafts, indigenous knowledge, and natural studies.

The Buddha Image Shrine
The Buddha image known as "Phra Phuttha Vitharn Punya Bordee" is considered a sacred object of the university, enshrined with Thai style at the edge of a large pond in the centre of the university, and is one of the open spaces for the public to come for worship and contemplation. The name "Phra Phuttha Vitharn Punya Bordee" means "The Center of Knowledge." It is the mental anchor of every Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat student and staff, as well as many in the general public.

Hall of Fame at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University is an area dedicated to honor and show the achievements and pride of KPRU.. It displays the eight presidents who have served since its establishment, starting with Dr. Wichai Kaengkhan in 1973 and up to the current acting president, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Priyanuch Phromphasit in 2021. The room displays various information including:

Promoting and supporting faculties, staff, and students in research for local development 4. Strengthening the community by establishing clear target areas to assist 5. Office of Arts and Culture Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University is a regional studies centre building called the Duriyanath Art Hall. It operates in arts and culture preservation, one of the university's missions. It has duties and missions regarding the conservation, continuation, promotion, and dissemination of culture, cultural studies and research and academic services to communities and localities, including the development of culture, wisdom, and traditions of the locality, province, and nation. Currently, the Office of Arts and Culture is located on the outskirts of the university, next to the Ping River, with the Regional Building and the Duriyanat Art Gallery as offices to carry out the management of the office and to display costumes for performing arts.
