Stakeholder Participation Measures
Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
The university has established stakeholder participation measures in order for operations at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University to be in line with the executive committee's declaration of administrative integrity and transparency, allowing stakeholders to participate in operations at all levels and also achieving goals in line with the university's strategic plan in a timely and effective manner. By offering opportunities for public hearings, collaborative planning and implementation, the exchange of ideas, and follow-up assessments, the goal is to support the implementation of the university's mission in a transparent and verifiable manner. Stakeholders are involved in the following processes: 1. Stakeholders have access to university information to a certain extent. 2. Stakeholders are asked to share with the university information, facts, and opinions to help with decision-making in various ways. 3. Stakeholders are involved in the performance or collectively suggest guidelines that lead to decision-making. 4. Stakeholders are involved in building cooperation and high-level decision-making. 5. Stakeholders are involved in empowerment. Based on the measures, the stakeholders will take part in the operation of the university in each aspect as follows: 1. Graduate production Stakeholders join the committee in drafting and developing curriculums to keep pace with changes, in line with community, local, national, and labor market needs. They also join the committee to assess the course's performance and provide recommendations for course makers to improve the assessment results. 2. Research Stakeholders are involved in the development of research problems to address the needs of communities, localities, and nations. They also contribute to the development of research strategic plans in order to determine the most efficient budget, activities, and research projects. 3. Academic outreach Stakeholders jointly issue the policy on the operation of the university's mission and relationship with the local community, as well as creating a work plan for academic outreach for the community in accordance with the database of problems and needs by having a combination of network partners. 4. Arts and culture preservation Stakeholders join in plan development for arts and culture preservation and also take part in the implementation. They are also required to participate in supervising and monitoring the performance of operations and sharing and summarizing the results.
