Preserving the Past for the Future: KPRU’s Role in Kamphaeng Phet Old City Conservation

Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University (KPRU) has appointed its representatives to join the Kamphaeng Phet Old City Conservation Committee, reaffirming the university’s dedication to heritage preservation and sustainable community development. Kamphaeng Phet is among 36 historic cities in Thailand recognized for national conservation.

At the committee meeting, members discussed strategic directions for conserving and developing the old city area in a sustainable manner. KPRU’s participation underscores its role as an academic partner in cultural preservation, helping protect historical heritage while promoting community well-being.
